Earth Wise Home Loan

The Earth Wise Home Loan is a unique loan program that offers a financial incentive to borrowers who are purchasing a green-certified home. Unlike other green loans, the Earth Wise Home Loan is both quick and easy:

• Loan fee discount is .375% of the loan amount
• Qualified homes must be certified by Built Green, Earth Advantage, Energy Star, LEED, or Passive House
• Certification process is not tied to a specific loan program or product (Oregon Bond not available for Earth Wise Home Loan)
• Knowledgeable Green Team loan officers take you through the process step by step
• We connect you with green-rated architects, builders, Realtors, and remodelers
